IMPORTANT INFOMATION

All images are of the products we own as a company, we may reference RRP in listings - this is the price recommended by the original brand owner and is not a reflection on our pricing.

Colours may vary from device and lighting - Please ask if you require any clarification prior to purchase. We do our upmost to capture the items true colour we do not add any filter or enhancement. 

We don't provide size measurements as standard in our listings as its extremely time consuming, however we are happy to provide these if you drop us a message we will respond ASAP. 

While we have software to allow for automatic delisting as we list on several platforms this is not always 100% accurate, although we do check everyday. If an item is sold twice we will honour the first sale and contact the buyer before dispatch. We have only ever had this happen twice in over 2,000 sales. 

Some sizing can run small we will always make this clear in the listing where possible. 

All items are for sale elsewhere and may be removed at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Are your items authentic?

YES! The Little Rainbow hanger provides the Authentication for our products and will happily provide information regarding this to the buyers where possible for peace of mind. 

Do you have more than one of every item?

The odd item we may have more than one available or a different size, however 90% of our stock is one off pieces, we do not know which stock we are getting until we unpack the arrivals and we may never get some items again! 

Do you reserve?

Unfortunately not - Too many bad experiences so we cannot hold, reserve or guarantee stock. However if you contact us we will allow a small grace period for decision making. 

Where are the items cheapest to buy from? 

Always our website, we are happy to share our other platforms for feedback and peace of mind however we would always recommend buying direct for the best deals and free postage. 

Where do you upload new stock first?

Always the website - Although we do sneak peeks on social media. 

Can make an offer and use a discount code at the same time?

Unfortunately not, you can make an offer to us or use a discount code if you've been sent one by us. We don't allow double discount. 

I have a discount code, can I use it more than once?

Discounts codes are limited to one use per person, anyone seen abusing this will have the orders cancelled and be blocked from our site. 

Where do you source your re-seller stock?

We source all of our stock from trusted sources to provide authenticity, quality and the best prices. We aren't able to provide any further information on where we stock from.

What happens if i don't like my item or it doesn't suit me?

  • We are happy to provide a refund for any item returned to us within 7 days of delivery providing the item is in the original condition it was sent out in. This includes all tags in tact and packaging unopened. 
  • We do not supply returns or refunds for items de-tagged or removed from original packaging unless the item has a genuine fault.
  • Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost in the instance of disliking the item or not suiting the buyer. 


Where can i get a gift box like your images from?

This box was given to us a few years ago by a friend, we do not have any for sale. You may find one on other selling platforms online by searching. 

 

Can I bundle items?

Yes simply add items to the basket and click checkout this will automatically generate shipping and bundle the items together.

 

I have bought two items separately, can you combine the shipping?

As we post fast, within 24 hours on weekdays if the items are purchased within this time they will be grouped and shipped together, after this they will be individually shipped. Ask if you require any help with your tracking information. 

 

I'm looking for an item you don't have listed?

We cannot guarantee what stock we will receive but we are happy to assist if we are able. All stock is shown on the website we do not hold stock back unless it is seasonal.

 

Where can I find you on social media?

Great idea, we are on Instagram #littlerainbowhanger or TikTok @littlerainbowhanger, both are updated regularly with some first insights into new stock, discounts and also first looks on seasonal drops. 

 

I have seen an item I like on social media can I email and ask for it? 

No - all stock is uploaded to the website for first come first served basis. We want it to be fair for everyone.  There may also be stock on social media that has already sold and out of stock, We cannot guarantee availability. 

 

Can you ship out of the UK?

At the moment we are just focusing on our UK market to make sure we can give this 100%, we may branch out in the future. 


I have items I would like to sell, do you buy stock?

We aren't able to buy stock on an individual basis as we have registered suppliers for brands we trust and love. If you have a bulk of stock to re-sell pop us a message. 

 

Can I collect if I live locally?

Unfortunately we don't offer a collection service.
