Hello and welcome to Little Rainbow Hanger,  We are Steph & Dan. 

Where to start on our re-selling journey? If we haven't sold it at some point then its probably not possible. Steph's dad used to say Steph could sell ice to eskimos, granted she hasn't had the opportunity yet but we have no doubts.

Steph in particular loves rainbows, since our daughter was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at a young age they have always been a thing, blankets, ornaments and even a rainbow bathroom in our house. 

We've sold for many years as re-sellers on various platforms but more recently focused on two main platforms, as the year went on and things changed and structures changed we realised we could use our skills of photography, sourcing stock and our fantastic customer service to open our own brand and sales platform. There was an added touch of crippling business charges on sold items and high postage costs that really added to this decision too! Not just affecting us, but buyers too.

So that's how this came around!

We firmly believe in high quality clean images, eye catching light and no feet in the shots!. Customer service has to be 110% replying to messages a week later is not in our ethos, a few hours maximum! Packaging - another one of our pet hates, own up? who's been sending items in pringles tubes? No in seriousness we use high quality packaging that's new, boxes and love some cute stickers on the box!, we may reuse some packaging but its rare and lastly just post it fast, everyone wants their new item just as much as we love the sales, so just post it quickly!

We would never sell anything we wouldn't happily receive ourselves, Items are thoroughly checked and cared for before they leave us and this shows in the presentation, advertising and packaging! All of which are years of skill and 'learnt from experiences' to create the best version of our business. 

We deal with people in individual basis, every customer is different and we will work with this! We have had high profile customers come to us and its really important that we keep customers who feel valued by us It costs nothing to be kind.
